CM: When Technology Meets Creativity

In this project, lighting is much more than just a source of light. DesignLab has used it as a tool to sculpt the space, highlight the architecture, and create different atmospheres. The luminaires, with their minimalist design and cutting-edge LED technology, discreetly integrate into the ceilings, providing uniform and efficient general lighting.

To draw attention to the works of art, accent projectors have been used to highlight the colors and textures of each piece. The light, with its precision, creates a play of light and shadow that adds depth and drama to the compositions.

Indirect lighting, created through hidden LED strips in cornices and behind furniture, adds warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere. In the dining area, a sculptural design pendant lamp becomes the focal point of the space, attracting attention with its elegance.

The lighting control system, with DALI technology, allows centralized management of all luminaires, creating predefined scenes for different times of the day or activities. With a simple touch on a touch panel or a mobile app, the inhabitants can transform the atmosphere of the house, adapting it to their needs and preferences.

The interior design of “CM” is characterized by the combination of modern and classic elements, creating an eclectic environment full of personality. The white walls and light wood floors create a neutral canvas that allows the works of art and designer furniture to become the protagonists of the space.

In the living room, a modular sofa with curved lines invites relaxation. The cushions, with colorful patterns, add a touch of joy to the space. An organically designed coffee table completes the ensemble, creating a cozy and sophisticated space.

The dining room, with its solid wood table and avant-garde design chairs, is an ideal space for sharing family meals. The works of art, with their vibrant colors, add a touch of energy to the atmosphere.

In the bedrooms, comfort and functionality have been prioritized. Soft colors and natural materials create a relaxing and welcoming environment. The beds, with their upholstered headboards, add a touch of luxury to the space.

The first thing that catches the eye in the CM project is the vibrant yellow slide that integrates perfectly into the space. A statement that anticipates the playful and carefree nature of this home. The slide, far from being a mere decorative element, becomes the heart of the space, inviting interaction and play.

The living areas, spacious and bright, open to the outside through large windows that frame the lush garden vegetation. The pool, an oasis of freshness, integrates harmoniously into the landscape, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and well-being.

The furniture selection, with modern lines and vibrant colors, complements the energy of the space. Designer tables and chairs are combined with more informal pieces, creating an eclectic and welcoming atmosphere.
